SalaryI am currently supporting a well established Finance Team in Milton Keynes to add an experienced Finance Assistant to the team to support the day to day functions as well as month end reporting.

- Role: Finance Assistant
- Salary: £32,000 + Quarterly Performance Bonus + Study Support
- Located: MK12
- Full Time
- Permanent Office Based - Potential 1 day WFH after probation
Duties Include:
- Efficiently process supplier invoices ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Reconcile all supplier accounts.
- Prepare the bi-monthly payment run and process through SAP
- Ad hoc Supplier payments
- Post all outgoing transactions from the bank and ensure all bank accounts are reconciled.
- Process all credit card and personal expense claims using SAP Concur
- Provide cover for Sales Ledger assistant.
- Assist with month end reporting – accrual and prepayment journals.
- Other ad hoc admin and finance tasks
Successful Candidate:
- SAP experience essential (please do not apply without SAP experience)
- Concur experience desirable
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts department
- MS Word and Excel essential
- Working in a busy environment
