Finance Assistant (Part Time)

We're proud to be partnering with a charity to recruit a proactive Finance Assistant to support the organisation during a system transition. This role is a part-time, 1-year fixed-term contract, which is 21 hours per week, and 1 day a week in the Central London office is required.

As the Finance Assistant, your role will involve.

• Processing purchase invoices, ensuring they are correctly logged on the finance system.
• Processing payments runs twice a month.
• Managing and filing supplier invoices.
• Processing bank reconciliation.
• Communicating relevant information regarding invoices to relevant staff.
• Managing the mailbox and escalating queries.

The ideal Finance Assistant will:

• Ideally, be part of or fully AAT-qualified.
• Be experienced in purchasing ledgers.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Be organised with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
