Are you a Finance Assistant or similar from an SME looking to join a rapidly growing engineering company offering a fast-paced and varied workday where no two days are the same, with plenty of ongoing training and development and optional overtime to drastically increase your earnings?
In this office-based role you will be working in a small, close-knit team and involved heavily in purchase ledger, along with processing invoices, reconciling, and sales ledger, shadowing experienced team members to fill any skill gaps. Once fully up to speed, you will be handling these various duties along with management accounting, working autonomously to manage finances for subsidiaries of the business.
This precision engineering company were founded over 30 years ago and pride themselves on still being a family owned business, with an excellent reputation behind them. Turning over £30 million last year, they are on target for doubling this by next year making this an excellent time to get on board.
This role would suit a Finance Assistant, Bookkeeper, Purchase Ledger Clerk, Payroll Assistant or similar looking for a fast, high pressure role where they will be valued and rewarded in a highly reputable company through continuous training.
The Role:
- Purchase ledger, processing invoices, reconciliation
- Ongoing training through shadowing
- Office based in a team of 4
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, 40 hours a week
The Person:
- Finance Assistant or similar
- Experience working in an SME
- Excel experience
