An amazing opportunity has arisen for Finance Assistant to join a well- established European company based in Pinxton. This is a unique role for someone who has some experience of accounts/ finance, as the Finance Assistant you will be working alongside the Sales Ledger team.
The main duties of the Finance Assistant will be:
- Monitoring monies coming in and processing cash allocations.
- Maintain accurate records of refunds transactions.
- Tracking payments
- Reconciling daily cash against bank statements
- Assisting with month-end and yearend
- Collating financial information for reports
- Investigating and resolving queries
- Ad hoc accounting tasks
The Finance Assistant should have:
- Previous experience of accounts / finance
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Good IT skills
