Role: Finance Assistant
Location: Swadlincote - Hybrid working
Type: Interim - 3 months plus
Salary £11 to £13ph plus holiday pay
Sellick Partnership are seeking an Interim Finance Assistant to join our Public Sector client in Swadlincote.
The post holder will undertake Accountancy, Creditors, Debtors and Bank Reconciliation work as well other financial work.
Key responsibilities for the Finance Assistant:
- Provide Accountancy, creditors and debtor's support
- Payment of invoices
- Income Management
- Billing and recovery of miscellaneous income
- Treasury Management
- Control of the rent debit
- Analysis of VAT on all income transactions
- To assist in the preparation of budgets, final accounts, financial and statistical returns
Person Specification for the Senior Finance Assistant:
- Experience working within a finance department
- Experience using Agresso is essential
