Description
- Manage and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the purchase order creation and approval process.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary information for purchase order generation.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
- Process vendor invoices in a timely manner and facilitate payment processing.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key vendors to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Credit Control duties, chasing debt, payments
Profile
The successful Finance Assistant will have prior experience in a similar role and have/be
- Proficiency in using financial software and purchase order systems.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
