We are partnered with a global alternative investment group looking to hire a Finance Associate for their growing team in West London. They have a multi-billion-dollar portfolio in AUM across all major asset classes and the globe. The Finance Associate will be joining a dynamic and highly motivated team to be part of their success.
Key Responsibilities:
Input of accounting data including journal entries
Processing supplier and customer invoices
Organising and maintaining accounting records
Preparation of customer and group internal invoices
Credit control and supplier reconciliations
Assistance with regulatory returns
Maintenance of the firm's employee expenses system including the processing of expenses
Assisting with audits across various jurisdictions including the UK, Europe, America and Asia
Bank reconciliations
Key Required Skills:
Degree in Accounting/ Finance
Studying towards an Accounting Qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
A couple of years experience in a Finance/ Accounting role, preferably in the Financial Services industry
Strong Excel skills
Knowledge of SAP (Business by Design) is advantageous
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and seniority levels across the business
