Finitas have partnered with a specialty underwriting firm based in London that operates through its managing agency at Lloyd's. They are seeking immediate assistance with bank and LCA reconciliations, journal postings, cash flows, financial statements, and other general financial administration.
Requirements:
- Proficient in bank and LCA reconciliations, journal postings, expenses, cash flow, and financial statements.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; accurate data entry and keyboard skills.
- Experience with in-house systems (OpenBox, Access, Cascade, Document Repository System) and familiarity with Sun Accounts and Vision XL is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations, manage multi-currency payments, and handle insurance postings.
- Perform monthly underwriting reconciliations, internal to external data reconciliation, and weekly cashflows.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and regulatory returns, including QMA and Situs returns.
As per the above, this role will be up to 2 days remote.
