SalaryStanton House is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a Support Services Business on a 4-month Contract offering £400 - £450 per day inside IR35 (depending on experience). This role is predominantly home-based with 1 day per week of travel.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate monthly reporting, forecasting and accounting.
- Providing trusted financial decision support to business leaders.
- Optimising contract/service pricing, cash and margin.
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance.
- Guide contract/service performance with ROI, scenario planning and KPI analysis.
- Develop customer relationships for successful negotiations.
- Support the delivery of contractual obligations through analysis.
- Drive cost optimisation projects through profitability analysis.
- Proactively manage financial and commercial risks.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Champion collaboration across the Finance Operating Model.
To be suitable for this role you must have the following:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience working with outsourced contracts or business services is highly desirable.
- Worked in a sizeable business and partnered with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Fantastic communication skills.
