Finance Business Partner - FP&A
Worcestershire / Hybrid
Up to £42,000 base subject to experience plus benefits
This is an exceptional opportunity to join an international manufacturing group at an exciting time of change, transformation, and growth, who offer the opportunity for further career progression and development. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, as Finance Business Partner you will provide support to the FP&A & BI teams, your remit will include the following:
Responsibilities of a Finance Business Partner:
- Support the forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Development of SAP SAC Planning tool.
- Working in the FP&A team to perform financial data analysis and drive additional insights into the business to ensure continuous improvements.
Requirements to be successful Finance Business Partner:
- Newly qualified, or Part-Qualified (CPA, CMA, ACMA, ACCA, ACA, CGMA) with experience of financial reporting or financial control.
- Strong financial analysis to deliver insights to support strategic decision making.
- Excel (pivot table and advanced formulas level).
- Must have a keen interest in FP&A, a CI mindset, with strong finance system skills demonstrated process ownership and development.
- Experience in SAP, with exposure to SAC reporting and SAC Planning advantageous.
- Proactive and results driven, collaborative working across virtual teams in a global setting.
