The successful candidate will work across two distinct units: one focusing on structural and architectural aspects, while the other concentrates on fitouts and construction. Salary: £40000-£45000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

The role: Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for the finance function of a specific brand/brands.
Duties:
- Preparation of monthly accruals in accurate and timely manner.
- Preparation of monthly deferred/accrue income.
- Review and sense check of monthly transactions and P&L performance.
- Financial planning and analysis processes for forecasting, budgeting for the brands.
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations.
- Fixed Assets recording.
- Comparison analysis on monthly MI reporting.
- Appling of Accruals and Prepayments.
- Overseeing of accounts assistant - Purchase/Sales Ledger.
- Developing and improving reporting pack for key stakeholders within the SLT of the brand.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Involvement in projects and continuous improvement in Finance.
- Managing new & existing supply chain (Accounts/ Terms)
- Reporting on specific project or departments’ performance.
- Processing intercompany invoicing and management of ledgers.
- Reporting to group finance on own P&L, Balance Sheet and Working Capital performance.
- Other Ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified in CIMA/ACCA, QBE will be considered.
- Preferred experience within structural and architectural industries
- Preferred experience within construction industries & CIS accounting
- Worked in a fast pace environment with high volumes.
- Management and development experience
- Excellent IT skills, including experience of Xero and advanced Excel reporting, including pivot tables, and complex formulae.
- Good attention to detail required.

- Great communications skills to rely key information to stakeholders.
