Are you a results-oriented, commercially driven Management Accountant/Finance Manager with a strong background in supply chain and logistics. - As Finance Business Partner, you'll have a key part to play in the success of their organisation, you'll be responsible for Business Partnering their supply chain teams to improve business processes and financial performance, ensuring they understand their key cost drivers and agree value add actions
- Your role will be key to driving the demand to delivery performance through accurate financial analysis, driving continuous improvement and influencing key operational decision makers across the business
- Responsible for supply chain financial reporting, you'll provide insightful commentary on performance, supported with detailed variance analysis
- Performance Monitoring - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, identifying variances and trends to recommend corrective actions as needed
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance summaries, to senior management and stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement and optimisation within the finance function and across the organisation, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
You'll be a fully CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified Accountant with demonstrable post qualification experience including Business Partnering a logistics function. You'll be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of freight-in, freight-out, warehousing and 3PL management. You'll have strong communication skills, both verbal and written and the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation and with external stakeholders.
