Sheridan Maine is delighted to be working once again on an exclusive basis with this client - a growing business with impressive sustainability credentials - to hire a Finance Business Partner who will have the opportunity to add value through the provision of valuable insight and analysis to support operational decision making.

Part of an Private Equity backed, international group this business is an innovative, key player in its market and has ambitious plans for both organic and acquisitive growth.
The Role
In this pivotal role, your responsibility extend beyond the Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet, where your expertise in financial reporting, processes, forecasts, and analyses will be critical in supporting growth and driving financial strategy for our client.
Your responsibilities as the Finance Business Partner will include:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain robust financial processes.
• Conduct detailed financial forecasts and analyses.
• Strategically partner Operations teams to support them in driving profitable growth
• Drive continuous improvement in financial performance and processes.
• Develop and implement best financial practices and contribute to the implementation of the new ERP System.

We are seeking a pragmatic and business-savvy individual with a strong analytical mindset. The ideal candidate will be highly driven, with a proven track record in financial management and a keen eye for detail. This role offers onward development opportunities for personal and professional development within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation.
Key Skills and Attributes:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), part-qualified or Qualified By Experience (QBE) 
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and processes.
• Project accounting experience would be highly desirable.
• Microsoft Dynamics AX or 365 systems expertise would also be highly advantageous.
