Finance Business Partner

DK Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a Finance Business Partner position within Plymouth. This is a rare opportunity to join a well renowned company and play a pivotal role for one of their sites. This is not a role for someone who prefers being stuck behind a desk day in, day out. The Role 

• Partnering with budget holders across the site, providing insight and clarity on P&L data.
• Work with a number of non-finance stakeholders in producing of budgets and forecasts with ongoing monitoring and variance analysis
• Contribute to the on-going development of financial plans delivery cost management and margin improvement suggestions
• Identify trends and areas of improvement and present findings effectively to senior management 
• Identify, implement and test process improvements 
• Be an integral part of the site Management team 

About You

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or QBE
• Strong and effective communication skills being able to articulate financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• Confident and enthusiastic. Not afraid to challenge the status quo and make changes, where applicable. 
• Previous experience of working closely with non-finance colleagues
