Finance Business Partner

Reed Finance are excited to bring to market a newly created Finance Business Partner role with a well-established family-owned organisation.

Reporting into the Group Finance Controller, my client is keen to secure a candidate who can establish themselves as they key Business Partner for the organisation and build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a Qualified or Qualified by Experience candidate who is keen on working closely with a highly experienced Group Finance Controller to support with making strategic decisions and meet reporting requirements.

• Challenging the business on processes and providing areas of improvements.

• Work with the finance and commercial teams and manage the internal controls, processes, and procedures
• Work with the established operational financial systems, processes and structures as well as further develop these towards increased digitalisation and automation
• Weekly performance reviews with Operations
• Provide the department leads with appropriate, dependable financial information, business analysis enabling the business to achieve set targets
• Support the Operational & Commercial teams on decision making

• Drive the step change towards digitalisation

Candidate

• Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience
• Ability to work in fast paced, multi-component environment
• Demonstrated Business Partnering experience
• Advanced Excel, with recent experience working with Power BI
• Commercially driven with the ability to influence business decision making
