Finance Business Partner

Robert Half is currently working with a reputable not-for-profit organisation based in Stirling, to recruit a Finance Business Partner, on a temp bases.

£18 - £21 per hour - Hybrid - 4 days working from home

The Role:

Reporting into the Head of Finance, this newly created role will require the successful Finance Business Partner to work closely with key stakeholders from a non finance background to help guide and advise them on strategic decision making.

Key duties will include:

• Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
• Weekly / Monthly reporting on key performance indicators
• Working with Senior Stakeholders to challenge decision making
• Variance Analysis
• Monthly Management Accounts production

The Candidate:

In order to be considered for this role we require candidates with the following:

• QBE/CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualifications (Not essential)
• Strong communication skills
• Advanced excel user
• Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines
• High degree of attention to detail
