Finance Business Partner

Robert Half are pleased to be recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner with a well-known organisation based in Central Swindon. This role would suit an ambitious individual seeking a value-add role with a focus on stakeholder and team management.

The role

The Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for leading a team of Business Partners and delivering business information to internal stakeholders including the Head of FP&A and Head of Finance, as well as non-finance stakeholders. Responsibilities will include:

• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Financial analysis with commentary for senior leadership.
• Managing a team of 3-5 Business Partners including developing them and supporting through the studies.
• Support the wider team at month end.
• Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders within the group.
• Travel required to sites within the working day.
• Reporting on financial performance.

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3+ years PQE.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience of Business Partnering.
• Previous experience of managing a team of 3+.
• Team player.
• Inquisitive and comfortable with challenging the status quo.
