You\'ll be joining a leading commercial business with operations across the UK at their Wiltshire Head Office in a senior value-adding position. With an excellent reputation with its customers and a true market leader in the UK, the business has stable foundations, great market share and a solid business model primed for growth. You\'ll be joining a friendly team consisting of professionals from a wide variety of backgrounds.
Your new role
You\'ll be joining the business in a critical role, bridging the gap between finance and the business\'s core operations. You\'ll work with senior leadership to drive and deliver strategic plans and influence business performance through sound financial analysis and advice. As you\'ll be mainly working with non-financially minded senior stakeholders, the ability to communicate effectively and tell a comprehensive story with data is critical.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant and have significant (5+ years) experience in a similar Business Partnering role within a commercial business. You\'ll need to be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and establish close working relationships with non-financial senior stakeholders. You will have excellent communication and collaboration skills and be able to work in tandem with operational elements of the business. You will be a creative and innovative thinker and be able to identify areas of operational improvement.
What you\'ll get in return
You will receive a competitive base salary of up to £80,000 per annum and will be eligible for a company bonus of circa. 20% based on personal and company performance. You\'ll also have a generous corporate benefits package including private healthcare, as well as up to 30 days of annual leave + bank holidays. There is free parking onsite and it is expected that the successful candidate will be on-site 3 days per week with 2 days from home if desired.
