Goodman Masson are delighted to be partnered with WRAP (The Waste and Resources Action Programme) to recruit for a Finance Business Partner, which is a newly created role within the team!
WRAP are a climate action NGO working around the globe to tackle the causes of the climate crisis and give the planet a sustainable future. Established in the UK in 2000; they now work in 40+ countries globally.
As their Finance Business Partner you will provide high-quality Business Partnering service to WRAP, including the delivery of timely, concise, accurate, insightful and fit-for-purpose comprehensive management accounts, reporting and analysis. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Business Partners who enjoy being the key interface between the finance function and the wider business.
Day to day duties:
Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and analysis of project activity
Decide what information will be required by the SLT and executive team and allow informed decision making
Prepare and interpret financial analysis and deliver insight
Identify opportunities to improve organisational performance
Cultivate and manage stakeholder relationships with colleagues at all levels including Executive
Lead on annual business plan and quarterly forecast process
Develop and lead financial and business performance reporting capabilityEssentials:
CCAB Qualified
Ability to build relationships with non-finance stakeholders
Experience dealing with and influencing senior level stakeholders
Strong analytical skillsSalary range is from £55,000 - £58,000 depending on experience + Excellent Benefits including 10% Employer Pension Contributions.
Your base can be either in London or Banbury. Very flexible hybrid working on offer.
