We are now looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance Department on a permanent, full-time basis.
The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be supporting criteria areas of our organisation from a financial perspective.
Focusing on delivering our objectives, you will be partnering with departments and commercial subsidiaries to make we sure we are in excellent financial shape.
Specifically, you will be challenging existing processes and providing financial support, preparing monthly management accounts and getting involved in budgets, forecasts, balance sheets and audits.
You will also play a key role in supporting our financial systems, identifying improvements and making sure that our Group is compliant and robust.
About You
To be considered as a Finance Business Partner, you will need:
- A CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification
- Substantial experience in a charity finance and/or commercial environment
- Experience of the interpretation, analysis, and explanation of financial information to nonfinancial stakeholders
- Experience of using financial management systems and tools such as Microsoft Business
Central, Excel, and Jet reporting software
- Strong and effective communication skills
Salary and Benefits
- Salary circa £50,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience
- 26 days’ holiday per annum
