Working together is central to their culture and they are looking for a Corporate Finance Business partner to join them on a permanent basis.
The Role:
* Responsible for all elements of financial & management reporting of the overheads.
* Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all cost centre budget holders
* Promote cost management initiatives and efficiencies,
* Ownership & enhancement of cost centre reporting packs for the business
* Ensuring rigour in forecasts & providing robust variance analysis.
* Work with non- finance managers to drive improvements in the budgeting & forecasting process
* Experience of working with & calculating Overhead Costing & Labour
* Responsible for both 'Operational' & 'Capital investment' budget reporting
* Promote financial awareness throughout the organisation.
* Design & deliver formal finance for non-finance training sessions.
Requirements:
* Experience as a Finance Business Partner / Management Accountant
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
* Good communicator has excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Be an effective influencer, comfortable working in a matrix environment, with experience at a senior level.
* Experience in financial business planning, forecasting and insight.
