Job Description
- Deliver meaningful financial management information reports to the business. Lead P&L reviews with budget holders and liaise with management accounts team to resolve queries before publication
- Support budget holders in understanding and managing their budgets
- Deliver meaningful variance analysis and provide gap-closing plans in partnership with the management team
- Manage the profit assurance process, driving action to mitigate risks and crystalise opportunities.
- Own the interpretation and communication of financial KPI's
- Provide insight and analysis to Board reporting.
- End to end management and delivery of the business planning and forecast processes.
- Put in place and maintain appropriate models to support financial analysis
- Manage and develop 1 x direct report
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) - preferably 3 years PQE
- Strong data analytics with advanced Excel and modelling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience dealing with operations.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
What's on Offer
£55,000 - £60,000 + car allowance
