- Manage Accounts Payable transactional processing, weekly supplier payments, control, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Handle Bank & Cash processing, control, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Oversee MTD, YTD Expense processing, control, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Conduct monthly accrual/prepayment accounting and reporting from the Balance Sheet.
- Analyse and report on monthly Departmental spend, P&L actual to budget.
- Reconcile and report annual and monthly spend returns for the Office for National Statistics.
- Control and reconcile Monthly GRNI.
- Perform monthly Intercompany reconciliation.
- Monitor EDI daily, including setup and reconciliation.
- Provide Customer Service cover, process sales orders, resolve queries, and communicate with customers and colleagues with high attention to detail and a great telephone manner.
- When required, manage Accounts Receivable processing, credit control, and reconciliation.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis/reconciliation.
- Fulfil any other duties as reasonably assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:- Proven experience in finance, particularly in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
- Strong understanding of financial control and reporting.
- Proficiency in multi-currency transactional processing.
- Ability to perform bank and cash reconciliations.
- Skilled in management accounting and P&L reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and a great telephone manner for customer service.
- Ability to multitask and cover different roles within the finance department as needed.
- Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and reconciliation.
