We are delighted to be representing our client with an opportunity to work for a construction company. This role will report directly to the Accounts Manager and work closely in all areas of the business, varying from day to day, you must be flexible during busy periods.
The day to day duties in your new job would be:
- Matching Supplier Invoices
- Entering Supplier Invoices & Credit Notes
- Raising Supplier Debit Notes on Queries
- Batch Control
- Filing
We'd love to speak to candidates who have:
- Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to convey information clearly and accurately both orally and in writing
- Systematic and thorough working approach with the ability to work independently
- Immediately availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
