Description

• Managing and maintaining the Purchase Ledger
• Processing invoices and payments accurately and promptly
• Investigating and resolving any discrepancies in invoices
• Preparing monthly reconciliation reports
• Liaising with suppliers and handling any queries
• Assisting with month-end closing procedures
• Working collaboratively with the wider Accounting & Finance team
• Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and efficiency within the department
