Main Job Responsibilities:

· Inputting purchase invoices into accounts system and dealing with queries

· Liaising with Suppliers and Customers

· Inputting sales ledger invoices into the system

· Keeping company systems up to date using spreadsheets and other management syst

· Archiving Invoices

· General Administration-based duties

· Processing card transactions

· Handling incoming general and accounts related enquiries

· Reconcile supplier statements

. Invoice reconciliation

. Sending sales invoices and statements to customers alongside monitoring cash flow, aged receivable and payable

Essential Skills:

· Knowledge of Quickbooks online

· 10 years or more experience within an accounts department

· Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs

Preferred Skills but not Essential:

· Experience within the Construction Industry

· Experience with online based systems; WebContractor, Coins Construction Cloud.
