Finance Director - PE backed Industrial Services

We’re recruiting on behalf of an exciting industrial services business with ambitious growth plans.

What you’ll be doing:

The new Finance Director will be instrumental in overseeing all financial activities within the UK region whilst fostering a strong, mutually beneficial relationship with the Group business.

The role is high profile but requires a hands on approach that’ll be critical in growing the UK finance function. The Finance Director will drive financial strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, provide accurate analysis and support the organisation’s ambitious growth plans.

Ultimately, you’ll play an integral role in shaping the performance of the business.

What we need you to bring to the business:

• Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Previous finance leadership experience within an asset heavy, fast paced industry sector such as energy, infrastructure, facilities, manufacturing etc
• Strong technical finance proficiency and a hands on approach to daily financial operations and tasks
• Demonstrable experience in building and leading high performing finance teams
• Impressive stakeholder management ability - maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and provide actionable insights to drive business performance
• Willing to take on diverse responsibilities and prioritise shifting business requirements

• A competitive salary of £120,000 - £130,000 per annum
