Insurance Account Director

Our client

Signatus are recruiting an Insurance Account Director for our client, one of the largest commercial insurance brokerages on the island with a global footprint. In this position of responsibility, you will provide professional insurance services and advice to existing corporate and commercial clients and contribute to achieving new business targets. Your performance will be measured on retention and satisfaction metrics and in part through NBD.

The Insurance Account Director will be offered a very competitive salary plus potential bonus earning of up to 50% of base salary making a very attractive role for motivated and high-performing or overachieving individuals.

What you will be doing as an account Director:

• Provide timely, accurate, and compliant advice and customer service to a range of valuable client accounts.
• Sell value-added products and services, including PCL and risk management services.
• Support teammates by identifying training needs, offering mentorship, and helping achieve team targets and development goals.
• Produce MI reports and additional client insights for senior management as required.
• Proactively analyse and advise on process improvement initiatives for the team and business as a whole.
