ACL is looking for a new Finance Director to join the Leadership Team and Board. This is an opportunity to help shape the company’s strategic, regulatory and commercial activities. ACL is changing, with 50% of its people having joined in the last two years. Candidates must be chartered accountants with senior financial management expertise, including people and budget management experience. The ideal candidate will bring experience of strategic thinking, planning and impact and offer commercial acumen and the drive to deliver strong, sustainable business growth. They should have excellent team working, interpersonal, and communication skills.
