Hays Finance are delighted to be working with a multi £m turnover manufacturing organisation based in the heart of South Yorkshire who are looking to add a Finance Director. Your new role
In this business critical role you will be reporting directly into the group CEO and leading on delivering financial results across the business.

Main responsibilities include

• Reporting and presenting finance results to the board with full commentary on financial performance
• Leading the Finance team to deliver succesful results
• Complete budgetting, forecasting, Statutory accounts and monthly management accounts
• Management of the Procurement team to achieve best practice
• Work with the Head of Procurement on buying strategies, achieving best value for money as well as monetary savings
• Develop Internal controls Implementation
• Reviewing of Internal ERP system to achieve best performance

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience working in a similar Senior finance role
• Qualified accountant
• Strong IT skills
• Demonstrable leadership and management skills
• Effective communication skills written and verbal
• A proven track record of improving financial performance
• Strong analysis skills
• Risk Management skills
