Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CFA qualification preferred.
Experience: Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior financial management role, ideally within the construction industry or related field.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and lead a finance team effectively.
Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
