Finance Director

Reporting to the MD, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Director to join a fast-paced, dynamic, branded product-focused business, as part of their senior management team. You will oversee the financial strategy of the company’s long-term objectives, have full P&L responsibility including risk management and managing a team of 4.

Responsibilities include:

• Identify risks and opportunities for investment and expansion opportunities
• Responsible for long-range planning (annual and 3-5-year plans) and preparation of strategic review papers
• Delivering insightful performance reporting, robust budgeting, and financial control
• Key member of the leadership team, business partnering these functions effectively, including board, investors and business management
• Business and operational planning, budgeting & forecasting
• Leading on all commercial activities, including customer contract management, pricing strategy development, and margin optimization, to support revenue growth and profitability

You will be a Senior Qualified Accountant, who is able to demonstrate strong management and leadership skills and have proven experience working as a No1. A wide range of management experience will be key to succeeding in this role. You will not be afraid to challenge the status quo and drive change, supporting the MD achieving their growth plans.
