Your Role
Reporting to the CEO, who is also a Chartered Accountant, you will drive financial strategy to support growth.
Working with leaders throughout the organisation you will be responsible for long-term financial planning and stability.
Leading a team of six, that will expand to ten later this year, you will oversee operational finance.
Your role will be 60-70% operational finance and 30-40% strategic finance.
About You
You're a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with a progressive career.
You'll have financial leadership skills and wish to continue your development.
You're ambitious, enjoy change and are ready to become a Finance Director.
