• Manage day-to-day budgets• Ensure financial forecasts reflect resource plans• Manage purchase order to payment process• Allocate R&W budget and input to business planning• Track whole life costs for each project• Draft finance business case for each project• Develop approach for distributing grants to local authorities• Provide financial reporting for GMPP and quarterly reporting• Contribute to annual finance business planning• Support closure of annual accounts
Requirements
• Experience in financial management and reporting• Ability to work with finance and analytical professionals• Problem-solving skills• Experience in working with senior stakeholders• Broad portfolio of programme management skills• Knowledge of government annual forecasting process
