JOB PURPOSE As the Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for partnering with Key stakeholders to drive change & continuous improvement by providing insight into business performance to support decision making. You will be responsible for supplying Product Costing information to the business and working with internal PD and sourcing teams to meet target cost, supporting the Senior
Finance Manager by providing analysis of financial and non-financial information to underpin the delivery of long term operational and financial plans. Additionally you will be responsible for all Budget and Forecast submissions and will keep a track on performance throughout the financial year.
RESPONSIBILITIES - You will review business performance to target
- Take the lead at Month End and ensuring the key deliverables are met inc Inventory reconciliation
- You'll work closely with the Product Development team to engineer product to a target cost
- Have control over Budget/Forecast preparation & submission
- Analyse business performance and preparing monthly reports for non-financial stakeholders
- Have knowledge in Seasonal Price Lists and Product Costings
PERSONAL PROFILE - Qualified in CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent
- Strong finance system skills ideally with good knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders in both finance and the business
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
