We’re seeking a Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial vitality and fiscal integrity of the organisation, leading on the formulation and implementation of strategic financial plans aligned with the organisation's vision and objectives. The post holder is responsible for the development of meticulous financial forecasts, budgets, and reports including cashflow management, analysing financial data and offering critical insights to guide decision-making, whilst also being responsible for risk management and compliance, ensuring the adherence to regulations and safeguarding against financial risks. The post holder will also take responsibility for the day to day running of the finance function, which includes managing all aspects of Accounts Receivable, including student invoicing, account reconciliation and debt management; Accounts Payable; cost control and optimisation, payroll administration and tax compliance. This presents an exciting opportunity to actively enhance the financial well-being of the LFA, establishing a foundation of financial sustainability that not only propels the organization toward its future vision but also ensures the effective service to students for many years ahead. You will need a Professional Certification such as ACA, CIMA, or AAT or equivalent and significant experience in overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, managing financial risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organisation's overall goals.
