Our client, a manufacturing SME, is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. You will lead and coach a small finance team and ensure the quality and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis. You will also contribute to building and sustaining a positive work environment and promoting cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager
- Perform general ledger checks and updates
- Verify and report monthly sales figures
- Manage staff performance and development
- Analyse and report overhead costs
- Conduct internal audits and comply with J-sox standards
- Prepare budget proposals
- Reconcile stock and component inventory
Key essentials of the Finance Manager
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong Excel skills
- Good communication skills
