Finance Manager - This role reports directly to the Finance Director, and involves heading up the Finance operation and optimizing company financial processes. We are ideally seeking a qualified or part-qualified accountant with experience in CIMA or ACCA.
The role demands a strong understanding of:
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Payments and payment reconciliation
Project accounting
Identifying cost savings and managing budgets
Preparation of our end-of-year accounts
Compliance and regulatory accounting
Ideally, you will have 1-2 years plus in a similar finance role, preferably in the travel sector. With a commercial mindset and enjoy working within small team environments. Experience in Xero or similar systems is beneficial. Able to work flexibly from home when required - 2 days a week. 3 days in Central London. Ideally, be part CIMA or ACCA qualified with strong analytical and reporting skills.
