Form of workRobert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Finance Manager for a growing, profitable owner managed business with a Head Office based outside of Harrogate.
The Role
Reporting into the UK Finance Director, the Finance Manager will have a wide remit of responsibilities ranging from day to day management of a small finance team, through to the production of monthly management accounts and business partnering with the Senior Leadership Team.
Duties and responsibilities of the Finance Manager will include:
- Managing a small, successful finance team based at the Head office outside of Harrogate
- Overseeing the production of Monthly Management Accounts
- Analyse and review Monthly results with the Managing Director and wider Senior Management Team
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting process
- Complete year end statutory accounts
The Candidate
To be considered for the role we welcome applications from candidates with the following:
- Previous experience of working within a finance function
- Property management experience is a bonus
- Management Accounts experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communicator and influencer
Salary & Benefits
In return, the successful Finance Manager will receive the following:
