RG Consultancy are working with a fantastic Healthcare organisation in Eccles who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to oversee the department. You will look after a small finance team, report back to the Finance Director and support the successful performance of the finance department and growing business. The Role
- To oversee and develop the finance department, making continuous improvements
- Oversee the Purchase Ledger, Sales Leder, Cash management
- Manage and oversee 2 members of accounts staff, providing development plans and training
- Maintain accounting controls and procedures
- Preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Manage cash flow
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Budgets and forecasting
- Responsible for monthly payroll and liaise with external payroll provider
- To report back to the Finance Director and support the department in their absence
The Person
- Proven experience in a financial management role
- Experienced with managing a small accounts team
- An accounting qualification AAT/CIMA/ACCA would be an advantage
- DBS checked is an advantage, otherwise one will be required before starting the role
