Rachel Jackson creates contemporary, personalised jewellery and is one of the UK’s most exciting, upcoming jewellery brands. The brand has an impressive stockist list including Liberty of London, Selfridges and John Lewis and a huge celebrity following. But they’ve just got started, they have an ambitious growth plan, and to achieve it they're on the lookout for a dynamic and pro-active Finance Manager with experience in Retail & Netsuite.
CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified, the ideal candidate will have experience of working in a small, fast-paced E-Commerce business.
Overview of key responsibilities:
- Cashflow Management
- Approving and processing payments
- Management Accounts Preparation
- Monthly Analysis to Budget Owners
- Annual Budget Preparation
- Statutory Accounts Preparation
- Attend weekly Trade Meeting & provide financial insights
- Payroll & Pensions
- Purchase Ledger Management
- Sales Ledger Management for Online Partners & Wholesale
- Bank & Ecommerce reconciliations
- Monthly Journal Entries including fixed assets, prepayments & Accruals
- Quarterly VAT Returns
- Monthly IOSS Returns
- Managing finance administrator
What we’re looking for:
Someone who will enjoy working in a growing, dynamic and fast paced business. Specifics -
- Experience in Netsuite.
- Experience in retail, high transactions and seasonality
- Excellent excel, analytical and reporting skills
- Collaboration and relationship building skills
- A drive for achieving targets / budgets

- This is a 3-4 day a week hybrid role with the option of flexible working hours. (To start this would be 2-3 days from home and 1 in our office space in central London. Experience of remote working is a plus.)
