Finance Manager

Are you looking to looking to develop your career in Finance We're looking for a number 2 in our Finance department, reporting directly into our CFO and managing the day-to-day running of the team.
Kings Court Trust are looking for a Finance Manager to join our wonderful Finance Team in which will be an exciting time in the business’s growth, to help us deliver our award-winning estate administration service to our clients.
What you’ll be doing
This is a great role for development into a Finance Leader. You will be required to get involved and get your hands dirty with the team, while stepping up to lead them and help guide the business to meeting EBITDA and financial targets.
Duties may include:
- Responsible for the business planning, budgeting and forecasting cycle
- Support the wider business to make more commercially informed decisions and ensure long and short term scenarios are assessed
- Oversee the production of Management Information
- Ensure the Management Accounting process is robust and compliant
- Ensure the company meets its financial and legal responsibilities
- Manage the company cashflow and maintain relationships with the banking partners
The ideal candidate
We understand you may not have all of the below skills or experience, but we would encourage you to apply if you have some of the below:
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Used to dealing with client accounts and Work in Progress (WIP)
- Previous experience growing and developing a team
- Advanced Excel skills, and competent in Word, Outlook and other core MS Office functions
- Experience of Exchequer, Sage Accounts and Concur Expense Management ideal but not essential
- Commercial and business awareness
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature
- The ability to prioritise own work and develop the Finance Team in prioritising theirs

Salary: 55-62k per annum
Location: Bristol, On-site
Hours: Typical office hours are 9am – 5pm, flexible working available
Start date: ASAP
