I am currently recruiting for a Part-time Finance Manager role (3 days a week) based near to Bank station in London.
As this is a standalone role, ideally the candidate will have previous Finance Manager and QuickBooks experience as you will be fully accountable for the financial management process and this is the system the client uses.
Duties will include:
- Managing all daily and operational banking requirements
- Cash flow and Bookkeeping
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation of annual financial accounts
- All VAT and company tax returns
- Invoicing
- Credit control
- Payroll and pension on monthly basis
Experience required:
- It is essential to have a national recognised accounting qualification (AAT / ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
- Current experience of both QuickBooks and Excel
- Microsoft 365 / SharePoint
