SalaryFinance Manager required on a part-time, permanent basis for a well-established Chartered Landscape Architecture & Urban Design Practice based in Southwark, London. The Financial Manager will be an enthusiastic and experienced finance professional who is ready to hit the ground running in their new position.
The Finance Manager will be required to produce management accounts, oversee payroll, producing and monitoring company budgets and managing financial systems.
The Finance Manager will be working closely with HR and the Managing Director.
Finance Manager Position Overview
- Producing management accounts (balance sheet, income statement, budget analysis and KPIs).
- Producing accounts bookkeeping function.
- Overseeing external payroll consultant, workplace pension, employee benefit schemes and insurance policies.
- Providing accountant auditors with account reconciliations and liaising with them regarding year end.
- Ensuring practice is in line with all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Monitoring bank accounts and cash flow forecasts ensuring directors are well informed of cash implications of decisions.
- Producing and monitoring company budgets, investigating cost-reduction opportunities, in collaboration with Managing Director.
- Managing financial systems
- Assisting Accounts Associate with sage generated debtors list
- Invoicing
- Insurance's renewals
- Licences renewals
Finance Manager Position Requirements
- Experience using Sage accounting software
- Experience in a similar role previously
- Good eye for detail
- Proactive and solution orientated
Finance Manager Position Remuneration
38,000 - 42,000 (pro rata)
3 days per week
21 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata)
