Finance Manager - Part time role - 20 hours/week - Office Based
Nigel Wright are supporting a small manufacturing organisation in recruiting a Part TimeFinance Manager to join their team. This is great opportunity for an experienced accountant who is seeking the flexibility of a Part Time role.
The Role
The duties of the Finance Manager will include:
- Providing financial support to the the businesses within the group.
- To prepare financial reports for Management/Board, including Profit & Loss.
- Ensures statutory accounts and returns are accurate and meet agreed timescales and legal requirements, interpreting these where necessary.
- Assist with Cash Flow & Bank Position.
- Intercompany Postings.
- Reconcile monthly Aged Payables reports, GRNI (Goods Received but Not Invoiced) & Intercompany.
- Monthly KPI’s
- VAT Returns
The Person
The requirements for the Finance Manager role are:
- A minimum of 18 months experience working in a finance background is essential.
- Experience of a manufacturing environment is highly beneficial
- Experience of VAT Accounting (PVA) is required
- Strong Excel is required
