We are working with a successful international client with an HQ in Gloucester. They are recruiting for a new Finance Manager to join their established close-knit team following the promotion of the current Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified by experience accountant with previous line management exposure.
Working closely with the Group Financial Controller, you will get involved in the following:
- Management of AP/AR/CC functions
- Day-to-day leading a team of 2
- Overseeing Payroll
- Cash-flow forecasting
- Month-end support
- KPI reporting
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Ideally, you will have some of the following:
- Relevant Financial Operations background - hands-on AP/AR/CC experience
- Accounting qualification
- Team management experience - essential!
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good with systems
- A keen eye for detail and effective communication skills
