Interim Finance Manager - VC backed Ecommerce

Talentedge are working with a VC backed Ecommerce business in their search for an Interim Finance Manager to join their dynamic finance team. Reporting into the FD you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day finance function and supporting the development of the businesses long-term finance strategy. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-growing Ecommerce scale-up!

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and execute the financial strategy. Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support decision-making processes
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes

The ideal candidate will have:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within a high-growth, fast-paced environment, preferably within the Ecommerce industry
• Previous experience in collaborating and communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Excellent Excel skills
