Responsibilities- Development of digital assets such as banners, pepfeed creative, email headers.

- Video editing and other post production work
- Visual optimisation of customer presentations for Snr meetings i.e. T2T, Brand days
- Asset tailoring of national campaigns to support AFH channel customer formats i.e. brochure etc
People Management
- Manage a team of Design managers to prioritise projects/ workflow to ensure high quality output in line with critical commercial milestones i.e. Sales Conference (bi-annual), Brand days, Customer T2T etc
- Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users
Process management
- Input to and evolve communication processes (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes)
- Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and feedback
Capability development
- Develop internal knowledge of PepsiCo business, brands, ways of working and stakeholder requirements.
- Be main point of contact for troubleshooting/ escalations within the SLA governance process.
- 7-9 years of Experience with Design tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premier, desired

- Creative to produce the out of the box thinking on creating visual identity/new template/ infographics

- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to prioritize, schedule and meet deadlines
- Can synthesize multiple, disparate data sources and is an exceptional story-teller.
- High degree of understanding of CPG industry business performance outputs and how to bring business performance insights to life visually
- Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite, Windows OS, PC accessories, Email, Internet/Web search or equivalent products
- Ability to communicate fluently in an all-English business environment with a firm grasp of spelling and grammar
