Castlefield Recruitment are currently in partnership with a public sector organisation based in the North Manchester/Lancashire region. Currently this company are in need of a Finance/Office Assistant to join them on an initial 12-month temporary contract with a strong possibility to progress into a permanent position.
The role;
The role will suit an experiencedcandidate who is immediately available for work on a temporary basis.
Duties will include:
- Taking inbound calls and redirecting them to relevant departments
- Dealing with general queries with external and internal parties
- Updating and inputting purchase orders, using internal finance system
- Working in a fast paced, busy environment
- Other adhoc administrative duties
Person:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Adaptable and proactive
- Ability to work in a fast paced working environment
- Previous experience working within education
- Will pass a enhance DBS check
