The post-holder will assist and support the School Business Manager with the operation of the finance and procurement services for the Academy as it continues to grow and develop.
The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education, relevant experience of financial administrative (or similar) and excellent organisational and administration skills including the use of IT. JOB REQUIREMENTS:• Accurately process requisitions, orders and invoices, advising on best value, in accordance with agreed authorisation and timescales.• Prepare and process payment runs, uploading these to online banking ready for authorisation, investigating any rejected payments.• Manage school credit card spending as directed, reconcile statements and follow-up receipts.• Manage ParentPay system as directed.
